No "Like" Button

There are two things that are missing on Rationality's blog currently. First, there has to be a "Like" button on your blog. How else are readers going to "Like" it when you write something that makes sense?

Secondly, you should also enable sharing so that users can also "repost" and share your posts.

Since I am unable to do both of the above, I suppose the best I can do is to link it:

PLEASE READ THIS !!!

P/S: You should probably allow comments as well.

  1. Well, I'm glad you enjoyed that post. I'm pretty happy with readership, which I can see with my hit counter.

I'm pretty uninterested in receiving comments since most of the time, they would come from internet trolls.

But I guess, just for personal satisfaction, I could leave a small agree/disagree button. I enabled sharing too, though I think it's a pretty sad way to try to get attention :-/

    Thanks for the feedback.

  2. Haha... well, I think the sharing button is not so much for you, but for the convenience of people like me, to share your posts and to get the message out there. After all, that is the whole purpose of writing what you write, no?

  3. GENTLEMEN!
    HOLD YOUR FIRE!
CAN WE AT LEAST HAVE A CEASE FIRE UNTIL MID-NIGHT TONIGHT?

Sometime after the Merdeka Championship last year, a sponsor had attempted to make contact with me on a “mammoth chess undertaking”. Due to some communication hiccup, the first meeting only took place in Oct10 and I follow that up with a feeler into FGM blog playing a “Raymond Siew Gambit” to see if such a colossal chess effort can actually take place in Malaysia (Reason; he who shout loudest tends to take all the wind-rightly or wrongly it affects the image perceived by the sponsor). Typical of Raymond, many of the posting were deleted and I had to resort on playing the “Ninja Gambit” to have a better “feel of the water” before agreeing to undertake such a challenging endeavour.
However, by mid Nov10, instead of 200 “legs” with a payout of RM8K each leg, the event will be tone down to just 100 “legs” giving a total payout of RM800K; still a kingly sum. Ironically, the decision to go ahead with the whole plan rest on today’s final meeting where upon all the fine details will be up for evaluation.
GENTLEMEN! You had chosen the wrong time to intensify your firing and that is not good for sponsorship image; for that matter, CHESS for MALAYSIA!
CAN WE PLEASE HAVE A CEASE FIRE AND HOLD BACK ALL THE POISONS THAT CAN POISON THE CHESS SCENE OF MALAYSIA!
    Thanks/Lee
PS: One of the “legs” involves a one-day long boat ride into the interior of Sarawak and has the committed play chess in the midst of ancient head-hunting grounds. Will the evergreen LimKW of Sarawak come out victor and take home the RM8K payout? Or Mok return to his native Sarawak and grab it from him? Or the military trained Peter Long holds the advantage? Raymond, are you brave enough to enter the fray? What about all those Juniors with brave hearts? Or Ninja showing off his mettle among the long lost head hunting tribe and be their hero! Perhaps, Jimmy, our first IM had something too to show off to our friends in the interior of Sarawak. Rationality, is it rational or irrational to stay away?
